In 2002, Espinas Hotel Group opened its first key in Astara, a city in the capital of Astara County, Gilan Province, Iran. The project was underpinned by a long-term strategy for high-quality growth and development. Working closely with hotel owners around the globe, the Group remained focused on driving growth and expanding the hotels in Iran and closed 2013 by the third most luxuries hotel in one of the best locations in Tehran.
By 2016, Espinas Hotel Group has signed more properties into its development pipeline; more than 10 properties in total.
