🔸 This boutique hotel with 137 rooms, located on Diversey Avenue, will be managed by the renowned hospitality group Genuine Hospitality from St. Louis, Missouri.
🔸 The hotel is situated in the historic Arms Diversey building from the 1920s in the northern part of Chicago.
🔸 Originally the residence of Bix Beiderbecke, the famous jazz musician, the building later gained popularity among 1990s rock stars.
